Second interview with coo and then once they have decided they choose you. They send you documents to fill in. Then you can expect good communication on there part to help you further with the information

Interview
The interviewing process was easy and enjoyable. The HR/Recruitment consultant was really helpful. The second interview with the COO was really relaxed and it was more of a conversation. The whole process made me feel comfortable from start to finish.
