Brilliant interview questions

The process was super easy. We exchanged a few emails and then a call, set up a time to meet and then toured the place. Asked a few questions about my previous experience

Meet with owner, manager and HR to discuss the previous experience and the future plan. The manager asked the technical questions for printing industry, especially to get to the manufacturing process. Owner is very passionate for printing industry. Then there is a tour for the company, which is innovated last year. Got to see different department and production plant, which is small but looks elegant.
