Interview Process was quite smooth, with one round of hirevue and one round of in person interview. The Hirevue process was asking typical questions while the in person drill down to portfolio company specific question
a preliminary psychometric test that was bypassed in my case for urgency. The interview process was not transparent, the timelines & next steps the mentioned during the fist interview were not respected. Even the fact that the role was a replacement for a person who was leaving was not mentioned when there's really no need to hide that. There was a case study that I was supposed to present to their client, which was poorly written and reflected little knowledge of the sector, after spending 40+ hours preparing, I never got to present it. Like the other review- which I saw too late , I found the process disrespectful, and non transparent- I would also add that after being in that industry myself for many years, I found their industry knowledge/ competence questionable in the little interactions I had. If you are considering a career in venture capital - please think twice.
The interview is held by one of the senior associate of the team. She asked me some questions about my background as well as my strengths and weaknesses. The interview is conducted by zoom and overall it is an average interview.
