I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Brinderson (Costa Mesa, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Very lengthy talk by the manager. Very honest, but didn't leave a lot of room to respond to questions. He spoke a lot about software he has written and challenges he faces daily supporting users. He also spoke a lot about his former tech (understandably) who had died at Christmas time.
Very standard type interview. Interviewed on a work day, took about two hours and went through three different people including the hiring manager. The people doing the interview were employees. Called to interview on site after telephone interview. Offer came very quickly afterwards. Hiring was exceptionally quick with no surprises.
