I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2013
Interview
There was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. After an interview there was a polygraph test, security card exam, and licensing wait. There was not a lot of communication between the stages, 6 months in all. I went through the majority of the time not even sure I was being hired or considered until told to go for a license, or polygraph test.

Interview
Minimal, it was essentially a "what do you want to get out of working here" followed by an extensive job description. If they call you in for an interview, you essentially got the job (as long as you don't screw up the personality quiz they give you at the end)
