Bristol West Insurance Group interview questions

I applied for the role and first met with a recruiter, then had my interview about two weeks later. The interview was one of the best I’ve had in a long time—the managers were patient, kind, and reworded questions in ways that made sense, which made it easier to answer. I was offered the position about a week after my interview, so overall the hiring process took about three weeks. I started about a month later. Training has been very detailed with a great instructor, and I’m excited about my new role. I would definitely recommend Bristol West Insurance.

The interview was in person, in the office. The interview panel consisted of three interviewers. There were two managers and the hiring coordinator. Each person asked a set of questions. Most of the questions were in the form of the STAR Method, and there were just a few on past work experience.
