Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews - with the hiring Manager, the second level Manager and a panel of Senior Executives. I got generic questions, except from the hiring Manager in the first round, who seemed genuinely interested in details of challenges and showcase of skills. They did seem to expect particular answers to situational questions, and I think I did generally well for my part.
