Started with a phone call with HR. Second interview was with a hiring manager. Both interviews went well and the next was code test assignment through a third-party platform.
After submitting my code test I received the template rejection letter saying they "decided to move further with other candidates" (and at the same time they reposted this job ad). This is a red flag to my opinion, as usually you get to have a follow-up questions or discussion, and either do some refactoring or clarify your choices.
Communication from their side was both cryptic and unhelpful, with lack of clear requirements and expectations. This lack of clarity reflects a weak evaluation process on their part, as it's challenging to meet unspecified expectations. Seems like they value stability over innovation which is not a bad thing but doesn't align with the company's pitch.
