Completed application with competency questions online and was invited for an interview. Had a virtual panel interview with four managers who asked a series of scenario based questions. Interview was roughly 45 minutes long but everyone was calm and easy going

Interview
The interview process was very smooth (although HR was slow at times at responding to my emails). I only had one interview and did not have to prepare an exercise in advance of the interview.
