I applied through indeed. The process took around 2 weeks. I interviewed at Antarctic Survey office at Cambridge for the role of digital construction BIM Coordinator. The process included: software skills Revit and availability. A technical interview with two managers. They asked questions about BIM workflows, clash detection, LOD levels, and coordination with consultants. A discussion about past projects, especially how I handled coordination challenges and project delivery. The interviewers were professional and focused on both technical knowledge and collaboration/communication skills. Tip for candidates: Be ready to talk about real project scenarios, your BIM standards knowledge, and how you manage coordination issues with consultants or contractors.
