There is only one interview round with Senior teaching assistants (STAs) an TA's manager. The interview focuses on exploring your soft-skills and ability to fit in BC's environment, the result comes in very fast so you do not have to wait long

Question 1
“How would you handle a disruptive student in the classroom?”
A 1-hour online interview with 3 parts: self-introduction, english test and problem-solving test focusing on how to deal with conflict with colleagues, with students, and with parents. Moreover, we also have to do 4 mandatory tests after the interview.

Interview
Individual interview in full English. Self introduction first and then the interviewers asked scenarios on handling young children and whether I had experience in dealing with children. It took months to process the police check after offering me the position.
