They posted a head of TA role with no plans of hiring anyone. They just sent out a questionnaire to TA applicants claiming it was part of their process but it was really to get free feedback from TA professionals. Also seems like they hire only asians

One round coding, one round onsite interview, mainly focusing on general backend knowledge and some behavior questions. They preferred a comprehensive engineer who not only can handle software development problem, but also kind of leadership.
