The interview process was pretty clean cut. I had a preliminary first round interview that was kept pretty brief. After they had sat me down and got to know me a little bit more it seemed evident they had some interest in me but I still wasn't positive. I got a call about a day later saying they were interested in having me come in for a second round interview. I accepted, and the following day came in a did a second round. The second interview process was a little more extensive and I shadowed the position for almost a complete work day. I liked what I saw and they told me that I would hear back from them within 48 hours.

Question 1
The most difficult question I faced while interviewing was where I saw myself in about 10 years. To be honest I had been so focused on getting a job out of school I really had not put too much thought to thus far yet.
I applied online. I interviewed at Broad Street Marketing
Interview
The girl that called me on the phone was very bubbly and when I went in she was just as outgoing. I've been to interviews before where the secretary gives me a clipboard and never talks to me again. I liked this aspect. The guy who interviewed me threw me off guard with only a couple questions and I couldn't get a good read on him but I ended up getting invited back. The first interview is about 20 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Broad Street Marketing in July 2014
Interview
I was first contacted by phone a couple days after I applied, she was really nice and talked to me for 5 or 10 minutes about the Client Coordinator position. I liked the fact that there was growth and I would get to talk to people face to face so I scheduled a interview for the next day to come in and meet with them. The next day I came in and sat down with Cory, who was a pretty laid back guy but really excited about talking to me and about the direction the company was going. We talked about how they're opening new offices and how they are filling some positions now so people can get the training needed so they'll be ready when they open. They called me later that weed to invite me in for another interview where I spent most of the day getting to know a couple guys that worked there and so I could see what the job was like. I thought it was really cool that they got a lot of say about their schedules and they all really seemed to be on the same page. They really seemed like a big family. After the day I got a call from them offering the position and I gladly accepted. I actually start this Monday and look forward to learning more!
