I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Broadly (Oakland, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was referred to Broadly and got an email eight days before the interview with details. I was interviewed by three people, each one taking 20 minutes. Each interviewer was friendly and transparent about the process. They asked questions about my understanding of the role and of Broadly as a company. After the interviews, there was a meet and greet where I got to meet other employees, all of whom seemed happy to be there. They were very quick with their response.

What experience did I have with direct selling and how do I deal with rejection?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Broadly (Oakland, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Tiffany at Broadly reached out to me via Linkedin and the whole process was seamless and very straightforward. After she described the culture and mission of Broadly I was very excited to learn more. She set up a call with the Sales Development Manager and after that call we arranged an in person interview. The in person interview was great and I got a really good feel for the company and the people that work at Broadly. They are a hard working and tight knit group that is truly passionate about helping small business owners. Excellent culture, great mission, and clear structure for growth.
