The first interview was a quick online call that felt like a complete waste of time. The interviewers seemed disinterested and disengaged, offering no information about the company or role until I asked. I didn’t even know what the role involved until we got to the “do you have any questions for us?” part of the interview. I had to lead the conversation just to get basic context, and even when I brought up salary, there was no effort to check if it aligned with my expectations.
A job interview should feel mutual — I was putting in effort to present myself, but they made no attempt to showcase the company or make it a two-way conversation. It felt completely one-sided.
Overall, the experience felt rushed and dismissive. I left feeling undervalued and disappointed, especially from a brand I previously respected and engaged with daily.
