Interview
It was very non-structured. I was given a walk through of the operation. I was asked very few questions as I was acquainted with the manager performing the interview. The interview was for a future position where the person filling that position was still there. I was not made aware of that fact until after I was at the plant. Employees seemed leery that an interview was being performed as there was not an opening at that time. The operation was technology challenged in some areas. It reminded me of my last company 25 years ago. The safety of the employees seemed very lax from what I observed from a 10 minute walkthrough.
