I applied online. I interviewed at Brook Farm Veterinary Center
Interview
It was a very involved process before I even got to speak to someone. Recorded a video interview and completed some standardized testing to evaluate cognitive prowess. Interviewed with the executive assistant who was distracted by typing out my responses, presumably for the hiring manager to review. Extremely hands-off but also asked a lot of time from the candidate.
I think the red flag for me is when I asked the interviewer how often they go home on time and she laughed.
