i received an email about a month after applying online for the position. The email asked me to answer some brief questions.. what would you plan for a typical day, activities for a “rock and roll” theme party and a scenario with a client. I heard back the next day that they wanted to interview me in person. I bet with the director of assisted living, got a tour of the memory care wing and then met with another director. The interview went well and I was told I would hear from them by the end of the week (interview was Tuesday). Bobbi was very pleasant to talk with and was passionate about her job and took pride in Brookdale.
