Interview
Waited for a couple hours to interview with someone for about 5 minutes. There were a bunch of other people sitting and waiting for the same interviewer so looks like they were hiring enmasse. Know other friends and friends of friends who work with them so knew a little bit about them already.

two rounds, one with supervisor of program and one at a school location. both are easy and straightforward. lots of paperwork to be expected. they ask questions like do you like working with kids, etc.
