For the first phase, was cold called by the HR person without any notice or prior written communication to schedule. This went fine, but I did not like that nothing was scheduled with respect for my time.
For the second phase, it was a video call. I was speaking with one of the family members that own this company. During the interview, he insulted his wife directly to me and said he expected me to work 50-60 hours per week. Both of these are giant red flags, and as this is a "family" owned company, I would not be surprised if entire leadership team has this same attitude. They called to move me forward to the next round (in person tour), but I declined and provided my feedback to the HR rep.
