All of the interviews were conducted over Zoom and consisted of three separate sessions. The first interview focused on general questions. The second involved a teaching demonstration. The third was a conversation with the dean, primarily about teaching as well.

The interview process was smooth and the search chair was very communicative. The search committee was very thoughtful and engaging. They did not make it fearful at all. I would recommend Broward College to anyone.
