Interview
I submitted my resume to the HR director and received a phone call for an onsite interview. The HR Director asked about my availably for a face to face interview. One interview was with the HR director and the second interview was with a panel of 3-5 employees consisting of seniors and partners. I received the offer a couple days after the second interview.

Phone Interview> On-site interview It took me while after phone interview. I needed to send follow-up email and finally I got the on site interview. The interview seems really casual.
