A quick phone call talking about my background skills. Then there was an interview in person with the hiring manager in the store for the corresponding department. Lovely experience, it was more of a chat than a formal interview.

it was over zoom. it took approximately 30 minutes. Once I passed the initial interview, I had to go through another interview with somebody else to make sure I was qualified I guess.
