Brown & Riding interview questions

1) 30 minute Phone survey with HR recruiter after application reviewed. 2) Online Aptitude test at home. 20-30minutes. 3) One hour In person interview with the broker. Meet and interview with the broker’s team and other office members

I found out about the open position at my college career fair. I attended a mixer that night with the company and was invited to participate in an on campus interview the next day. The interview was held on campus and was administered by 4 current employees of Brown & Riding. I had no prior experience so we talked through my resume and asked questions about each position/experience I had listed.
