Phone interview, 2 assessments and then an in person interview. After that, I was ghosted for nearly a month before I got a call saying they didn’t select me. This was after the hiring manager continued to hint at wanting to hire me within the interview.

1) 30 minute Phone survey with HR recruiter after application reviewed.
2) Online Aptitude test at home. 20-30minutes.
3) One hour In person interview with the broker. Meet and interview with the broker’s team and other office members

I found out about the open position at my college career fair. I attended a mixer that night with the company and was invited to participate in an on campus interview the next day. The interview was held on campus and was administered by 4 current employees of Brown & Riding. I had no prior experience so we talked through my resume and asked questions about each position/experience I had listed.
