They asked for recent related case overview that related to their industry sector. My strengths something I have over come and a run down of my CV. They asked about all my previous work experiences but did not put the questions in competency format. They allowed me to lead the interview,

Started with an Online Assessment (verbal reasoning, extended questions eg why do you want to work there- there was a question about the O-shaped lawyer, which is something they are big on), then a written exercise, then telephone interview.
