Recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. Followed up twice with my availability but then never heard from him again. Don't invite candidates for an interview if you have no intention of scheduling an interview or following up if something changed with the job status.

Interview
Overall, a bizarre interview process stretching quite long. It started with an exploratory round, followed by a case study assignment. The next rounds were centered around the assignment discussion and previous experience.
What followed next was a tiresome exercise of follow-ups without any specific updates of the next steps. And, when the next round was scheduled finally and done, there was no communication to update on the candidature, given the amount of time spent in the process.
