I applied online. I interviewed at Brunel University London
Interview
Had a quick online lecture and then a panel interview. The online lecture was rather weird and there was no introduction; you get in, give the lecture and leave. Essentially no one talks to you. The panel was rather pleasant.

Background, research interest, nothing different than any other academic interview
I interviewed at Brunel University London (Uxbridge, England)
Interview
The process involved two distinct steps. The first step required the presentation of a mock-up lesson, where the individual demonstrated their teaching ability and instructional methods. The second step involved responding to a series of questions, which were designed to assess their understanding, communication skills, and ability to handle queries related to the lesson or broader subject matter. This two-part evaluation aimed to gauge both practical teaching skills and theoretical knowledge.
