After an initial screening was told I would be "perfect" for the role, only to be ghosted for 3 weeks. I figured they found someone more qualified but then was told they were thrilled to have me interview with the hiring manager. This went well and they brought me in for a final round of 4 separate interviews with half a dozen people. All seemed to go well, but then ghosted again for 4 weeks, only to be told they were not interested in me in this role and wanted to keep seeing who else is out there. Very friendly bunch of people but the process was unnecessarily slow and disjointed.
