Casual interview. The manager sat me down and asked me what I know about bruxie and what I liked about it. He then continued to ask questions about my personality and how I could fit in the environment

All about personality and less about experience. They want to know who you are as a person. You meet wit the GM of the store and then move onto your second interview with a Bruxie Headquarters employee- you may do a third and final interview with the owner.
