Bryan Independent School District interview questions

I was interviewed by 5 individuals for approximately 30 minutes. At the end of the interview I was notified that a decision would be made in a week. interviewers where detailed in their answers when I asked questions over the role.

The process was very easy. I applied then I was called immediately. It was over zoom. Mostly the interviewee talked the whole time. I didn’t answer many questions. I was very turned off by the interview. I am a licensed teacher and I felt like the interviewer was talking down to me. It felt like the district does not respect their substitutes. I left the interview.
