Bryter (UK) interview questions

Went through a recruiter. First interview was more of a screening to understand skills, interests, goals and reasons for switching. Provided a research brief and task around designing a study based on client brief. The second interview was just going through the presentation, lots of grilling on reasoning etc.

Professional. Structured. Detailed questioning wanting lots of specific examples of projects worked on. Seemed interested in personal goals as well as skillset. 2 interviews with assignment to prepare in 2nd.
