Interview
a three interview job. First is a phone interview followed by a manager in store review finishing with a 3rd review. I did not get to the third review but the first and second happened within 24 hours. I knew I had not made the cut by 5 PM on the same day. Informed by the manager that the if I was to move on I would be notified by 5PM. Nice to not be left hanging and they did not need to call everyone. Overall a pleasant interview process.

Very important to them that no phone is ever on the floor, must be put away, very important to them that a person not be tardy. Late my one minute? You are fired.
