I went through 2 seperate interviews, and was told they would be in touch with me after the holiday to schedule a final interview that they hold at their corporate office. After waiting nearly 3 weeks I was informed they decided to move forward with another candidate that “fell into their lap”. Its reasons like this, that stop these smaller companies from growing and moving into the stratosphere with the bigger organizations.
