I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Buckley in Apr 2014
Interview
The interview process was actually quite pleasant - they handled it efficiently and professionally, and I enjoyed speaking with everyone. They were all behavioral - I spoke with HR first on the phone, and then, on another phone call, several lawyers, a current paralegal, and another employee from HR. The interviews felt more like conversations, and there were no unusually difficult questions. I went through two rounds of interviews, but then heard nothing from them after the second (e.g. three weeks have elapsed, and they wanted someone to start ... right around now). I definitely understand that they must get a lot of applicants, but I am disappointed that they couldn't even give me the courtesy of a two-line rejection email.

Question 1
Why this company? How do you handle monotonous work? What is your greatest weakness?
The interview process was very straightforward. There was an initial phone screening, a second round interview with other paralegals, and an hour-long final round interview with multiple teams and people from varying levels.
