Buckley & Associates interview questions

One of the interviewers asked me how old I was and if I had a family during the interview. They asked it in Chinese which only I could understand, so after the interviewer I wrote to them to report this issue. Their reply was:"We were not aware of XX’s questions and XX has no experience interviewing. We are unaware of your age, and we would never discriminate anyone based on their age or anything else. That is not what Buckley & Associates is about. In my experience, it is best not to assume anything."
