This franchise at the time was opening its very first store in McAllen, Tx. It was held at the restaurant location while being constructed ion, and the owner and operator were there doing the interviews. He hired me on the spot.

The interview process was pretty easy. They asked me pretty basic questions and it didn’t last very long either. Offered me the job right then and there. It was during Covid so could be different now.

it was good, i had 4 interviews they asked me good questions i was able to ask questions that i wanted to get answers to. they had me sit down asked the basic questions and also asked more unique questions

Interview
The company called me to set up an interview about a week after I first applied. The manager was super sweet and the interview was very conversational and simple. Most of the questions were situational since I didn’t have any prior job experience. Overall super easy interview and I got the job right away.
