Buffalo Womenservices interview questions

I sent in my resume and cover letter and heard back within one week. I was invited to interview with the office manager and office supervisor and I felt as though it went excellent. They told me that I would be considered for the second round of interviews which would be conducted by the executive director. I was not contacted for two weeks, finally the director called, asked if I was still interested in the position and a few basic questions. The office manager called a couple of days later offering me the job.
