The process is chaotic. After I applied they sent me an email to pick a time for the interview, which I did. The HR sent a ready filled email twice over a period of 1 month ( Which contained exact words every time) claiming she can't speak due to cold. After we finally met for the interview, and the HR was ok, she told me that she will discuss with the hiring manager and will let me know the feedback after 1 week, but she did not. After 3 weeks, I sent her a follow up email requesting their feedback. She replied yes, we would like to go for a second round of interview with the team and hiring manager and they requested me to propose schedules for 3 day options for the second interview, which I did. On the next day, they sent me an email they won't proceed with my application as they have other candidates who are more fit for the role. Total waste of time and unprofessional. I'm glad that i didn't get involved further with this company. Imagine if their hiring process is so messed up, how will be the company's internal processes and policies. Save your time, effort, career and apply for positions in other companies.
