Build Group Field Office Project Engineer interview questions

The interview felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. I have a good amount of experience but my interviewer took the stance of "I don't think you're good enough for this job, prove it." He doubted everything I talked about. He also asked questions I felt were too personal, like "Tell me about what adversities you've experienced." Those questions felt jarring when immediately followed up with the stale technical interview questions they asked.
