I had three interviews and got the job but they were all ridiculous. It wasn't about my skills, it was about how well I could bs with the interviewers. The recruiter told me when I got hired that the drug test was a joke and that anyone with half a brain could figure out how to pass it.

Casual interview with multiple supervisors and managers. Looking for someone who is driven in sales and will close sales. They love to see sales in your resume but typically work with those with different backgrounds.

Started with phone interview, then 2 in person interviews. First was with Sales Managers, they try to make sure you are a good fit for the company culture. Next was with 3 other department heads to make sure you can work with other departments well.
