I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BuildDirect (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Firstly the HR showed the office, then he asked routine questions such as why you chose this program. Then a lead developer came and asked technical questions, like what is OOP. Finally he gave two live coding (very brief). Routine questions were too lengthy, but technical questions were easy. My opinion: STOP asking what is OOP!
