The whole process was very straightforward and quick - all thanks to Parvine (Talent Acquisition member I was in touch with throughout the process)!
Parvine knew I had an offer already and helped me move through the process very quickly, including super fast reponses to any questions I had. She was also very friendly and accommodating - really above and beyond! For each interview stage, she also told me the topics that could come up, which really helped me prepare for the interviews.
The whole process took 10 days from the initial call to offer. I either heard back after each interview on the same day or day after. The stages were:
1. Initial call with a Talent Acquisition member.
2. Technical interview with the team lead involving a short live coding exercise with Pandas and some questions on experience.
3. Technical deep dive interview with the team lead and another team member. Questions were around how you use certain technologies and your understanding of them.
4. Culture fit interview with a business manager involving behavioural questions around the company's values (HEARTT). The interviewer explained at the start that the interview is conducted with someone from a different team because of the cross-functional nature of the company.
Overall, everyone was very friendly and the interview process was excellent. The whole Talent Acquisition Team made sure the pre-onboarding was short and went very smoothly as well. Given my interview experience, I'm really looking forward to starting at Builder.ai!
