The response time was very quick to my online application.
I met with two people at their offices in NYC> They asked the general questions regarding background, etc. They emphasized a need for data analysis and excel skills.
I was not offered the position, they said that I lacked experience - a classmate, who had over a decade of work experience, did get the position.

Interview
First I was interviewed by country office then referred to some people in the HQ. It seems like the organization does not have an HR unit. The process was very fast and the people sounded very kind and professional though their technical I could not tell if they were technically competent.
