The interview process started off well, with four rounds that seemed promising. The company emphasized transparency as a core value, which initially made me optimistic about the opportunity. However, after the final round, communication completely stopped. Despite following up multiple times via email, there was no response.
This lack of professionalism and respect for candidates is deeply disappointing, especially from an organization that prides itself on transparency. If this is how prospective employees are treated, it raises concerns about how current employees might be treated. Candidates invest time and effort into the interview process, and the least they deserve is a clear and timely response, even if it’s a rejection.
I expected better, and I hope the company reconsiders how they handle candidate communications in the future.
