Tienen una metodología bastante puntual y en vez de evaluar/guiar o iterar sobre el proceso (que se podría aprender durante el onboarding o los primeros meses) castigan la sobre ingenieria de personas que no tienen el mismo background de SASS. Parecería que es un ambiente donde se priorizaría la velocidad y cantidad por sobre la calidad disfrazado de equipo de excelencia y alto impacto

Realizar un proceso de misión como le dicen ellos, donde te dan un problema y sin entrar en código plantear una solución y llenar una plantilla y luego defenderlo frente a quien sería tu jefe y el jefe del area

Part II: Algorithm/data structure problem that you could solve in your favorite language.
Take-home: Improve an existing rails project and point out/fix the errors/bugs in the codebase.
