Interview
In my experience, the process went through the following steps:
First stage: Call with the HR Manager
Second stage: Technical interview with the Senior Brand Manager
Third stage: Task assignment + final feedback
For those who successfully passed the task, they had to present it in the final round of the selection process.

Question 1
In 2 hours the candidate has to analyze sales data across different markets in EU and create a brand strategy with a given budget. Everything should be nicely presented in a Google Sheet Doc.
