I will start with acknowledging that my interviewing process with Bullhorn overall was one of my better experiences. Recruiter, Richard is a great and refreshing start to what can considerably be a daunting process. I was able to feel the culture of the Bullhorn through each interviewer that I had a chance to meet with, and consistency definitely presented itself. I made it to the final round of interviews and I will say the only con I had, was the interviewing process being a bit drawn out. I was scheduled to interview with 7 interviewers individually, with me ultimately not ending up with an offer which as anyone can imagine is A LOT..so at the end of it all, it felt “all for nothing”. Beyond this, at the end of it all I was offered a personal feedback meeting and met with Richard, which allowed for an opportunity to not only feel seen but to also gain better understanding of any feedback on me. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing with Bullhorn and it seems like a desirable company to join forces with.
