No feedback after the interview, even though it was a good match and the interviewer seemed very excited to have me in his team. No contact, and after I sent them an e-mail, they postponed me again. Same happened to another friend of mine.

Super easy, applied via LinkedIn and heard from them very quickly. Was offered the opportunity to interview over the phone or in person. I went in person and had a very informal chat with one of the managers. No pressure at all, it more just telling me about the role in more detail!
