Multiple stages in the process: 1.) Screening 2.) Hiring Manager 3.) Technical Screen 4.) Take Home Assignment 5.) Panel (with review of Assignment) The technical screen was a simple easy Leetcode problems, one of the most common. Take home project was not too hard, the issue I had was not coming up with a enough test cases for it, since this position was for SDET it was the most important part and I just failed in that aspect. They give you a chance to correct your issues in the panel interview which is where I was stumped.

Take home coding project in C#. The project was a bit longer form an open ended than a Leetcode style assessment, it took around 3-4 hours to complete. Afterwards was the hiring manager interview, basic behavioral and walkthrough for how I would create test cases for a new weapon in Destiny 2.
