I first got a phone call from the recruiter asking for a phone interview and then after the phone call they sent me an email once the team was willing to set an interview for me. It was an online interview that lasted an hour. They discussed the position and the day-to-day life in the lab. After all that was when the interview started, in which the managers took turns in asking questions. Once the interview part is over is when they asked if I had any questions.
